Use the booking page from the navigation, pick your service, enter your pickup and drop-off details, and confirm. You'll see your price live before you pay — no surprises.
No. You can book as a guest. We email you a secure link to track the trip, view the invoice and (if needed) cancel under our 24-hour refund rule.
Hire-a-Driver
Use the 'Hire a Driver' booking type and pick the hours you need. Our backend automatically assigns a verified, background-checked driver to your booking.
General
We're headquartered in Texas and serve all major Texas metros (Austin, Dallas, Houston, San Antonio) plus long-distance transfers across the United States.
Payment & Refunds
We accept Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and manual transfers via Venmo or Zelle. Manual payments are confirmed by our team within business hours.
Cancellations within 24 hours of booking receive a 100% refund. After 24 hours a 30% cancellation fee applies and 70% is refunded. Stripe payments refund automatically; Venmo/Zelle refunds are processed manually.
Car Rental
Rentals are billed by the hour for short trips and by the day (with a 5% multi-day discount) once the rental crosses 24 hours. The billing mode is detected automatically — you never have to choose it.
Yes — when you select 'with driver' on the rental form a professional chauffeur is included for an additional hourly fee. We assign the driver for you.
